Racking Inspections

Our expert team conducts thorough racking inspections across New Zealand to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards, protecting your assets and personnel. Regular inspections can prevent costly accidents and downtime.

Racking Standards AS4084/2023:

Racking inspections under this standard are now mandatory for all selective racking every 12 months.
Racking inspections can only be carried out by external parties.
Racking inspections can only be carried out by competent people.
Records of all racking inspections and repairs need to be maintained by the owner of the racking.

Equipment Test & Tag Services

We provide detailed appliance testing and tagging services to ensure that all your electrical equipment meets safety regulations. Our process guarantees that your appliances are safe to use and reduces the risk of electrical hazards.

Test & Tag Standards AS/NZS 3760:2022:

Inspect equipment visually and manually
Earth Leakage testing
Polarity testing
Earth continuity testing
Regulation resistance testing

Test &Tag does not prevent future electrical safety, It provides information on how safe the appliance/equipment is at the time of testing. This is why it is recommended that Test & Tag takes place every 6 months and every 3 months for any electrical equipment used on a construction site.

Flatpack Assembly Services

Our experienced assembler can assist with assembling your flatpack items at a very competitive rate and will remove all packaging from site for disposal.
